Shipping
Physical-book orders will ship within 30 days of purchase unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Current shipping charges are $5 for U.S. orders and $19.99 for international orders. Applicable taxes are displayed before payment. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other local fees unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Final-sale policy
Except as stated below or required by law, all direct purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue cash refunds, credits, or store credit for changes of mind, ordering mistakes, or unwanted items. This applies to all merchandise, including discounted items.
Incorrect, damaged, defective, or undelivered orders
If we send the wrong item, an item arrives materially damaged or defective, or an order does not arrive, email inquiries@helix4press.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include the order number and photographs when available. We will provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable law.
Shipping delays and unavailable merchandise
If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you order—or within the period required by law when no timeframe is stated—we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, including the right to cancel an unshipped order for a full refund.
Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Customers in some jurisdictions, including some international jurisdictions, may have additional mandatory cancellation, return, refund, or warranty rights.
