These Terms of Sale apply to physical books purchased directly through helix4press.com. The seller is Helix 4 Press LLC, a New York limited liability company. Purchases made through Amazon or another retailer are governed by that retailer’s terms.
Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel and fully refund an order before shipment because of unavailable inventory, an incorrect price, suspected fraud, or another material error.
Shipping and final sales
Shipping, delivery, cancellations, and order remedies are governed by our Shipping & Final Sale Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. Except where that policy or applicable law provides otherwise, all direct sales are final.
International orders
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other local fees unless applicable law provides otherwise. International customers retain any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Availability and errors
We try to describe and price our books accurately, but typographical or technical errors may occur. We may correct information before accepting or shipping an order. If a correction materially affects an order, we will contact you or cancel and refund it.
